Zakura Fragrance currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Delivery Period

The standard delivery period within the UAE is 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

In rare cases, delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints. If delivery is delayed beyond 5 business days within the UAE, the customer may choose to opt for a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, shipment details including the Airway Bill (AWB) number will be shared with you via email or text message for tracking purposes.
